I've been smoke-free for a year now. At the beginning, this definitely helped. I'd check the smoke-free timer often, and after a few months not wanting to reset it if I smoked became extra incentive to avoid cigarettes. Great app! UPDATE- 9 years, 4 months, and 3 weeks since my last cigarette. I rarely check the app anymore, but when I do I'm shocked at money saved and time regained. I've recommended it to many friends to quit smoking and it's helped them. Still wonderful, and still worth it

Thanking this app for my cold turkey quit. I appreciate that I didn't have to resort to medicines that cause nightmares or risk behavioral changes this time. One awesome feature of many in the free version of this app is the ability to reset your quit date. I did so several times. Try, fail, success. Seeing in real time how my body is healing up has been satisfying and motivating. The creators of this app are making a real impact. I would suggest adding environmental impact to what is trackable.

Great app, love the stats it provides! Some feedback for Add Cravings: I'd like to see more options for What Are You Doing?, like: At Home, On Phone/Facetiming, Housework(Indoor and/or Outdoor), On Computer, Studying, Taking Walk. And more options for feelings like: Angry, Sad, Average, Overwhelmed - even In Pain, for people who smoke because of menstrual cramps, chronic pain, or mental health issues. It would improve my analysis because a lot of my triggers are listed as 'other' right now.
