I'm looking forward to using this more but so far I enjoy the ease of making an object in manual mode. I heard this is great for best results over auto but I'd argue there is probably a learning curve in regardless which mode you use. I would try both and see what gives you the best results and go with that.

Hahahaha.... This app is a joke. Dont waste your time / money. The scanning doesnt work as it should. I took photos of a 3d object and the app failed to get the object in the photo. 90% of the "object" was just the background.

Tried out Polycam on a S23 Ultra, the U.I is good and it's a simple process to stat capturing. I took 53 photos and uploaded, selected full quality processing, it took 15 minutes If you have a PC with a decent CPU/GPU....You can simply use Reality Capture ( Which is free through Unreal Game Launcher) to do the same thing as this app. The difference is, Reality Capture costs nothing, there is no photo limit and 53 photos would be processed in about 2 minutes.
