Love the app. It helps me maintain my PC muscle as I get older. One big annoyance I have is the breathing portions. I'm trying to stick to three workouts per day, but I'm on Level 5 and it feels like it's all breathing exercises. This is made even worse by the (current) Child pose. I can appreciate this if it was strictly for exercise, but my legs start falling asleep while trying to breathe and hold. For this, I can't give it five stars. Great all nevertheless.

The free exercises are simple, but effective. I have cronic hip pain from childbirth, and even the quick workouts have helped, just with helping to strengthen my core. Just takes a minute in my morning when I wake up and when I get into bed at night!

Easy to use app with simple guidance for the different exercises. the free version is basic with different levels of the slightly same routine. The premium one(paid) seems to be more comprehensive and with to customize your training
