they show you so much unnecessary trash, when all you want to do is just trade. opening the app you get a splash screen with a tiny skip button, missing that opens more ads. before entering futures trading, it needs your fingerprint, every single time. why not just make the app do what it is supposed to do, instead of unnecessary junk...

The Kucoin app is usually decent, but some users are having issues while attempting to make deposits or copy addresses for coins. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the problem persists. A request was made to provide a review option for buyers and sellers, as reviews are vital. The software itself is lauded for being a little difficult but operating effectively and providing excellent 24/7 assistance. A recommendation was made to include a menu option for open orders.

Terrible app. UI is confusing, forcing you to transfer coins across 4 accounts. Selling to fiat is shady—you deal with random people who might scam you. Support is useless. I lost €100 choosing the wrong network (why allow it if it’s incompatible?) and another €100 by accidentally hitting “send” on the biggest button of the site, before getting paid. The system is broken and unsafe. Avoid at all costs.
