I am absolutely obsessed with this app for absolutely everything I need for astronomy; I'm learning the constellations, and there are an array of tips and even dates for astrophotography opportunities and tips, you can track Starlink satellites and other objects, . The Moon approached Venus tonight, the Quadrantids Meteor Shower peaks, if you have this app downloaded, it will remind you about sky events with a notification or alarm. I'm actually having so much fun nerding out on learning.

Great app, will get premium if you allow for hiding the intrusive menu which is always present on the screen. Because these apps are so beautiful, imo you either have to have a minimal menu, or a way to hide everything. Maybe I'm just missing it. The reason for these specific reviews is that I want to use these apps for projections, as a planetarium, besides their otherwise amazing and educational functionalities. They're just so beautiful!

Sky Tonight is hands down one of the best astronomy apps I’ve used. I especially wish there was an update that has custom features for creating comets and other celestial body and visualizing their orbits—it’s such a cool way to explore the sky in a more interactive and creative way. The orbit design is smooth and accurate, and the interface makes it easy to track celestial movements in real-time. Perfect for anyone who loves space, design, and learning how the cosmos works. Highly recommend!
