A rip-off mix of Frozen Free Fall and that Beauty and the Beast game with decorating rooms that never got updated. With the main difference that the Free Fall is better made, thought through and more detailed, whereas this game is all wonky yet very grindy. It keeps freezing, keeps refreshing levels when there actually are more moves, gives you too few moves to make you buy bonuses etc. Not my cup of tea

Incredibly frustrated. This is the second time the game has failed to open daily. The first time I had to uninstall and reinstall. I love the game but with all the glitches and failure to open, if I have to uninstall again, I won't reinstall. the frustration is not worth it.

Why can't I continue with the game,it like it's stuck, had to start over at the beginning, I was proud of how far I got, I don't need help on how to play or instructions, are you serious, have been off for months and still can't play what's going on
