I haven't been able to use the app, and have been charged more than I should've I just noticed 4 payments on my credit card for 4 times. I can do what this app does since I understand how to make mind maps. ethats really all it is there are other apps that do the same thing for free or less cost. You have to jump thru hoops to keep from getting billed expect to spend 10-15 minutes to do so Ive cancelled a while ago but still getting billed which has put my credit card balance over the limit!!!

I'm giving it one star because none of their options "spark [my] interests". I have to lie to sign up. I learn best through visual and audio, not just one. Not enough options for "what inspires my learning". After going through meaningless questions which have no good choice options, I'm then forced to subscribe with payment before using it. No thank you. 👎

THIS APP, COMPANY, AND THEIR DEVELOPER IS A SCAM: I subscribed to VisualMind with a 7-day trial, but I can't cancel it. The FAQ states that I just need to click "Cancel Subscription," but when I do, I get a message saying *"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."* This keeps happening. In the Help section, the page freezes and doesn't allow me to complete the process. It feels like the developers are deliberately blocking the cancellation option.
