Google Pay - limited service

A year later update: the carousel method to choose a card hasn't been improved at all. It's still much slower than previously to go through cards as you need to wait for the animation to complete each time. If you frequently use different cards (I travel a lot), then it's very frustrating. It used to be so much better with just a simple list of cards on the app. At least the reliability got better.

Since the introduction of the Google Wallet in Pakistan, the tap-and-pay feature has become significantly more seamless. Previously, when using the respective banking app, transactions often failed to complete successfully. This advancement is indeed a substantial benefit. However, I propose an additional feature: enabling withdrawals from ATMs using the tap-and-pay functionality of Google Wallet. This would eliminate the need to carry a physical card altogether.

Used to be great but recently is an absolute nightmare to pay with things asking on repeat to check my pin / bio but then getting locked in that cycle instead of going through. Have to constantly restart my phone just to pay. Edit for clarification: I am not using any unsupported unlock methods and have tried opening the app first before. I've also done it straight from the home screen. Locked and unlocked it. Closed and reopened the app etc.
