Unusable. The clothing dimensions are measured flat... How does that make sense? Why not use measurements similar to every other clothing store? I would have accepted losing personal time, ordering and then returning clothes that didn't fit me but I can't even buy them anyway since I go to checkout and there is a bug stopping me from advancing past the address entry because the screen just shakes as if it's opening and closing something in the background, multiple times per second. Unusable.

Used to always pay with paypal, now it's not an option anymore. Works only if I order as a guest. Also, scrolling through all the photos of the article just to be able to see the composition of the material is very annoying. Filtering is still poor. But the app response has gotten better since 2022.

I recently placed an online order from Zara Lebanon using the app and was truly disappointed. I ordered several outfits, and one of the items — a pair of jeans — arrived clearly used. It showed visible signs of wear and didn’t even have the original tag attached, which is unacceptable. As a loyal Zara customer, I expected better quality control. This experience has made me lose trust, and I hesitate to place any future orders to avoid the same issue again...
