This app opens unbelievably slow and sometimes doesn't load my tools at all, having to restart the slow process and try again. It can take over a minute for anything to show up on my screen. Not very helpful for trying to log calories on the go when it takes forever. There is also no option for dark theme, only bright white blinding me. My phone is only a year old, so this is ridiculous. I used to like this service, but it is essentially unusable.

This app is expensive for what it is, a calorie counting tool. Some articles interesting & useful. However, despite the fact that Noom is all about teaching you how to eat healthy, the only thing that affects your target to reach your weight loss for each day is calories. High fiber, low sugar granola is the same as a cookie. They are the same even in the food color categories assigned. There are a lot of features available for apple not for Android. Many tools like barcode scan don't work well

I used to love this app. I have been religiously using it for a few years now. However, it updated (5.1.25) and now it doesn't even work anymore. The home screen will not even load. I don't know what happened with that update but it needs to be fixed a.s.a.p. I've even stopped recommending this app to fam/friends/coworkers due to the loading/accessibility issues that it is now having. Why pay for something if you cannot even use it? I guess I'll find something else until the issues are resolved.
