Very useful app. It helps with my mindful breathing practices. I like the ability to customize the time for breathing in, holding, and breathing out. The daily reminders are helpful, too. And I like the ability to choose soothing background sounds. This app does what its intended purpose is, and it does it well. And the best part is NO ADS! 😄. Thank you!

Breathe nails the essentials: three solid presets (Equal, Box, 4-7-8) plus unlimited custom patterns, all wrapped in a clean, totally ad-free layout. Gentle voice cues and subtle vibration make it impossible to lose track, and the optional nature sounds add just the right touch. If you’re into leveling up your calm, this one’s a no-brainer—smash that ★★★★★ to give props to the dev! 💎🤍 Thank you (Havabee) 🤍💎

There doesn't seem to be any way to integrate the prompts with a wearable, or to customize the vibrations during the exercises. These are a really frenetic four-pulse for both breathe in and breathe out, inexplicably, and a long pulse for both pauses. Unless you're staring at the screen and/or using the noisy voice prompts, there's no way to reliably know if you're in a breathe in phase or a breathe out phase. And you need to be physically holding your phone to feel the vibration alerts.
