booked my honeymoon in April in Tulum, Cancun. I received an email from last minute 2 months later saying due to a technical issue they had to cancel my booking or I had to take some other hotel that was nowhere near what I booked. I looked at booking that same hotel they offered and it was cheaper than what I paid for the original hotel. What kind of company operates like this? When I booked in April I should be guaranteed the booking. Ridiculous!

Booked a Hotel as Fully Inclusive however I was told 1 week prior to traveling it wasn't fully inclusive. Although I was given a deal after I contacted the Travel Ombudsman which I was forced to take as the prices were going up at other providers, but it totally spoilt my holiday experience Never expected this from a big organization like Last Minute.

The app is ok, but it could be better. For a start, the share buttons don't work and the share icons are outdated. Also, it would be nice to have the option to 'like' or 'save' holidays on a wishlist so that a user can explore holidays that they're interested in at a later date.
