So after a few months of use the only real problems I've ran into is the geo fence exiting, and entering is sometimes horribly slow. It would be nice if we had a way to see where it thinks I am, and a way to override the geo fence detection, and flip it to home when I get home for example. It's been very annoying the past few weeks with it sometimes taking hours before it picks up that I left home.

This app is severely lacking in many aspects. My #1 Why do I have to scroll through thousands of slow loading clips to find something that happened 12 hours ago? Is it really too challenging to add a scroll bar on the side? Maybe even with hour marks? You give us a button to shoot us back up to the top, but it takes ages to scroll down. And I only have 3 cameras, what if I get 10 more? Literally will be impossible to navigate.

Hi, we’d like to help. Slow loading clips - has it become slow after any recent updates? Navigation: since we don't have the scrollbar, there's a couple of alternatives - the category filters (person, vehicle etc.) and time filters with custom start-end time presets. The features available in the app for just buying hardware are amazing and even the cheapest/smallest cameras are excellent quality. App is well set out and easy to navigate. I have had no issues on my Pixel 8 Pro. I hope Ubiquiti has a good enough business plan so they can stay subscription free if you don't want the extra features.
