Horribly high commission charged by free now, 15%. 13-05-25 Over the last 6 weeks I have accepted several jobs advertised with a bonus from freenow. Ive not received the bonus for any of these jobs. I have logged each instance with "support". Still not fixed. 5-6-25 Update. FreeNow have still not paid me any of the Bonuses owed. Support still say they are investigating. They have been investigating for months and I still have not received my bonus payments

more messed up update in May 2025, prebooks pop up when you wants to accept while you accept it's gone, and to return from that now you cannot use phones back button you have to actually click back of the app which is more time consuming and you will miss another job and put yourself in risk while driving......this company is going bananas.

the application it self is good. You'll need to work with all the associated hotel harder it's not acceptable to get up at 3am to commit to a customer pick up and be there 5min early to find out your pre-book is stollen by some random driver the hotel doesn't get any even penalties or at least you have to be given the points for the booking. It's not good enough to be treated like that by other so called colleague. We all in the same game . As well customer safety matters.
