Poor Apps design. kick me out for taking too long to submit passengers particulars, twice!! How to speed up when you have to enter 8 passengers information. Need to becareful with each entry. Any mistakes made is at our cost. Time given to short!!! Badly needed improvements

Terrible airline, terrible service. No screen on an 8 hour flight, costs $11 to use the power point but it's not in the add ons and power banks can't be used. So use your phone til it runs out of battery then you're screwed. You'll be thirsty and screwed because they don't provide water on this long flight, criminal! It's like they're trying to be the worst airline in the world.

As at 31st May: Whatever "screen improvements" you're testing, they aren't working. Trying to book a fare at the moment and the date screen just turns in circles. Huge fail.
