Tries to be fancy with audio device switching, but it's a constant dumpster fire. The headset is always connected to a random variety of my devices, with audio/mic/phone/music randomly allocated between all of them, with no clear or easy control of which device gets what. And even if you get it stable on one device, once you switch to sheer another, the house of cards crumbles. So much easier before we had apps. And how come the Sony headphones app isn't called "Sony headphones"? Hard to find.

The app is generally fine. Does everything it should. It also has the bloat you've come to expect from these kinds of apps. Why would I care about an achievement for listening with my earbuds? What marketing intern came up with that slam dunk? I wish I could opt out of like half the app. It's been so much easier to use. There's so much going on that it makes it hard to sift through the noise.

New app broke the multi device control applet. I can still connect to my 4 devices (2 PCs, phone, and stereo) and do everything else in the app, but can't control the connections to devices. It acts like I haven't enabled 2-device mode. I have tried everything. Also, Speak to chat randomly turns back on. Using 1000mx4.
