I do not recommend this app at all because there are discrepancies in prices. I encountered an issue where my friend and I, who live in the same area, searched for the same flight, but each of us got a different price. There is no fixed price for the same flight at the same time.Also, when I book a flight, it shows, for example, a price of 138. But when I enter the app, it becomes 160omr, and when I proceed to payment, it increases to 170omr. I contacted the call center through the app & no use

I booked a hotel room thru the app with nonrefundable payment. I reached the hotel with my spouse at 2 am to be informed by the hotel that there were no rooms and we should get back to the app for a refund. We were literally left on our own to find an alternative hotel as the app customer care didn't offer a help and no other app offer booking at that late time. This is not all. More disastrously, no apology was offered by the app when contacted for a refund.

I made a reservation through Wego, received a booking confirmation, and completed the payment. However, shortly before my scheduled flight, I received an email stating that my booking was not confirmed. This last-minute cancellation caused me significant inconvenience, including financial loss and wasted time. I trusted your platform for my travel but you disappointed me ill never book with you again also anyone want to book i never advise you to book with wego they are the worst trust me .
