fantastic free resource for anybody looking to start their fitness journey. They also have some paid features if you would like the additional support. All in all, I think it's fantastic for people who are out of shape, looking to try an entry level way into fitness before hitting the gym, or maybe even a returning fitness enthusiast who wants to start things off slow. either way, I can't praise this app enough. only thing that they could improve on is maybe adding a few more stretches.

Amazing! With the correct diet, I was able to lose over 3kg with this app in a month. Yes, it's slow progress but consistency is what matters the most. I stayed motivated by turning on notifications to remind me to exercise. Thank you so much to the developers of this app for making this free so I can really lose weight and others too. Really recommend trying for losing weight or even building muscle.

One of the best workout app I ever used . You have so many options here like you can play background music ON THE APP !! Also there is 2d and yt video tutorial. Also you can customize your exercise as well as track your data ! Moreover , the exercises are so quick and it still benefits in every way .So, highly recommend for anyone who wants to lose weight but also a busy person. Thanks for the app ♥️
