Very motivational and great voice guide so I don't have to look at my phone to know how much time is left. I also love the 'skip' feature between resting periods. You're able to skip to the next exercise if instead of taking a 30sec break between each set in order to get through your workouts faster as well as only take rests between the harder workouts that you would only have to if necessary. The countdown of how many exercises are left is also brilliant because it motivates you to keep going.

This is the only workout app that has worked for me. It has really made a difference and motivated me to focus on fitness. Simple and minimalist. Neutral concise instructions. No irritating encouragement and motivation, no upbeat music, nothing cutesy. I also appreciate the option to turn off the coach's voice and just have the timer sounds. There are ads on the free version but no distracting features. Worth paying for it however.

I love this app, I can exercise whenever and wherever I want. The workouts are not very long (15-20 min.) and you can choose beginner, intermediate and advanced. There are 20-30 second breaks between each exercise but you are allowed to skip the break if you don't need that much time to get into the next position. I'm noticing some slimming at my midsection which is my problem area. I really love this app.
