Most of the time it's not opening. Whenever I open this app to check the balance / usage it always automatically shutting down again i have to open the app like 2 or 3 times. But last todays it's not opening still I'm facing the same. I'm looking forward to get a response and support from you team. Thank you

We have a business account in Etisalat and we are using there internet and telephone plan and my main reason I called many times because one of our phone is not working. Every time I speak to virtual assistant, she's making false checking on our connection and anything and at the end asking for our contact number to call us back for follow up. After several days of calling, there is no real agent to assist us. We are paying for your service but that there is no real person to assist us.
