App charged payment from my card twice. One transaction was unsuccessful. I contacted support twice. But they sent me irrelevant answers (just like a robot). Do not recommend this app. Update. Support didn't help me. They don't read my message carefully. I didn't return money. Update 2. They are scammers. They charge payment twice. What they write is a lie!

I was hoping to use service in Tel Aviv, Israel. The apps worked perfectly only wen connected via local wi-fi and returned Java script error and No connection when trying to use it with 4g. Why??? Eventually was only able to unlock and lock scooters in local cafes. Not ideal. Also the default setting with auto-balance refill from your card is very annoying, totally did not expect that!

Absolutely horrible experience thus far with this app. I sign up and get everything ready to go out and before I know it, there's an error notifying me my "postal code does not match the card" This is a google pay account EVERYTHING information wise matches or I would not be able to use said card like I often do. so I attempt a few more times to fix this and just move on with my night, now the app seemingly banned my phone for trying to fix it. I have never had such a bad experience B4
