Very bad app. Layout is getting worse. Very difficult to navigate to find what you need to do. Cannot find basic settings. Used to be a good bank and app. Have been using more than 10 years. even worse is customer service almosYou only pray that bank works otherwise you are stuck for many weeks. they close complaints without calling or even asking for Addressing problems. Sadly Try other banks.

A nightmare app. Shame on You! A well renowned bank with app. like that! Get your app. right please. Your International remittance service in the app. really sucks! You cannot change the limit of remittance and when you try to change it, a pop-up error message loops! Seriously, what a shame

The worst bank app ever i have never experienced such a bad app usage you cannot login outside if you are outside the kingdom it logs you out immediately before doing anything i have been trying to register in mokafaa points program for more than 3 months now and the app give error everytime i try
