Been using this simple app for years, yes years. On & off though so it's not like my banana is rock solid 24/7. But bro i tell you if you have a slight urinary retention, like you have slight pee left over right after finish peeing, this exercise stops it after a week or so. The app is totally free with ads located at the bottom only, totally nonintrusive. No videos to watch, no annoying ads.

I've been using this app for over three years since I first became pregnant with my firstborn. It helped so much for the first birth. It also helped with the recovery process after the birth; I simply went back to the very beginning of my training to rebuild up my strength. Now I'm pregnant with my second, and I'm absolutely continuing to use this app. it's simple, to the point, and without distractions. It tracks your progress and builds up overtime so you have time to build up strength.

So easy to use. The daily reminder notification is super helpful. I started this app a couple weeks ago. I am 6 weeks postpartum, just started level 4, and already seeing progress. If I could change anything it would be that it allows me to do the exercies more than once per day and woule notify me multiple times per day if I wanted. As it is currently, you can only do the level's exercises once each day and then it marks that level as done without you being able to do it again if you want to.
