The app is very inefficient. It constantly asks for the password, and even when you enter it correctly, it often doesn’t work. You end up re-entering it over and over without being able to log in. It asks for too many steps just to access your account, and you get stuck in a loop. This issue has been going on for a long time—hard to believe such a big company hasn’t fixed it.

good app but bookings are weird. I disabled instant booking. So guests send me request but when I accept, contrary to other platforms, the booking isn't yet finalized! Guest need to pay! I can't understand why things are that complicated. instead, the guest can pay and send the request at the same time, then when the host accepts, the booking is confirmed! So what happens all the time is that the guests don't or forget to do the last step and I'm wasting my time!

Basic functionality like bookings calendar, availability, daily updates works fine however in profile contacts, manage accounts, duplicate devices, support messaging the app is unstable with bugs, ambiguity and seemingly has inconsistencies in intended behaviour. Add to this support staff that mostly are lacking analytical skills and knowledge of app functionality, policies, rate plans. Often with a bias towards guests when objectivity between customers/accom providers is required. Not pretty.

What’s new

Thanks for using Pulse! With this release, we fixed some of those annoying bugs that might've interfered with managing your property on-the-go. Now you can change your property's main photo and easily rearrange all the others on Pulse. You can also add the top facilities that guests are looking for.
