Efficient pick up and loading. Once I figured out that I needed an app and how to navigate the copart transportation app the scheduling was a very easy process.

why is this whole experience so confusing? I'm not a transporter or a towing company. I am a buyer trying to book an appointment to have my transporter pick up my vehicle that I bought. I have no idea how to do this in this app. it's asking me what kind of truck I have to pick up the vehicle I won at auction. huh? I have my transporter coming to pick it up. how exactly am I supposed to do that? furthermore, I used a broker to buy the vehicle. why are there no options to schedule a pickup easily?

I like the older looking version personally it was easier to navigate.. I could see assigned , acknowledge, in progress, in transit, completed , work request and yard to yard all on one screen and just click on it. but now it's so many different buttons all over the place I have to swipe, swipe, swipe. Please change it back 😭
