The app doesn't work properly. When connecting with the watch, it makes the wifi disconnect from the network and doesn't connect with the watch. Only when I close the app, the phone connects with the wifi again. Also, it's a huge inconvenience having to connect with the app in order to change the alarm, instead being able to change it directly on the watch.

The synchronisation is hit and miss - it often fails to download the data from the devices, so you have to try many times and have luck. Edit: Customer support just suggested restarting the device, which didn't help. My watch doesn't sync with the app, so I can't actually see my sleep or heart rate history, etc, making those functions useless. The app makes the purchase of an expensive device superfluous, I recommend getting either a cheap one or steering clear of Decathlon products.

It's rather meh. My biggest issue is that if my phone turns off I can't just reconnect the watch, I have to delete it first from devices, and then reconnect, so all the data resets from scratch and all the settings too. Would also be useful if I could have some graphs where I can see the data by day, week, month (for example all the week so far, by day. Or if I could set an interval) because the only option is to see averages on certain periods, instead of precise data on specific intervals
