There was no way to review order details before making booking. We have paid 12e extra for ability to change dates or names for the flights. We wanted to change the dates later on, but we received automatic replay, saying it is not possible. - What did we pay the extra for? 200e lost... never buying againg through the eSky :(

I purchased a ticket from esky and my flight was 21st of Marhc 2021, my flight has been cancelled due to covid and I did email eSky many times asking for a refund but didn't reply to my emails they just ignore and they stole my money,they are Mafia not travel Agent, don't book with ESky

Bought additional package to change flights and have extra baggage, which was not given. No way to cancel flight after they clearly mislead us and noone answers emails or phone calls no matter how much we try. I watched TV shows while waiting! Never using them again! You don't save money after all the stuff you have to pay for all these things you don't even get. It was actually more expensive, better off going through the airline directly.
