I installed this app to redeem rewards I was given when the entertainment system on my flight wasn't working. Total waste of time. I followed the procedure given to all passengers on my flight but no rewards are credited and when you try to contact them you draw a blank. Rubbish customer support. Why hand out something you have no intention of honouring??

Absolutely disaster. Fares are shown so high than websites. Everytime it asks for Verification. Even Banks don't ask for Verification this much. App should be updated to keep signed in our Mobile, unless if someone doesn't want. Fares should ve reasonable like other websites. We TRUST Etihad and expect sincerity in all DEALS.

Works fine but it logs out every time and requires OTP. I have yet to try buying wifi time in the new version but the previous flow could be simplified. Also, Guest could be part of the main app. There is no need for two apps.
