I’ve had a generally good experience with First Abu Dhabi Bank when it comes to their banking services and mobile app — both are efficient and user-friendly. However, their customer service really needs improvement. I recently tried contacting their customer support and ended up waiting on hold for over 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. Eventually, my call credit ran out and the call got disconnected. What’s worse is that no one even attempted to call me back.

I'm always having issues in this bank. They need to improve their services ! Most of the time mobile banking is under maintenance and you can't open it when you badly needed. And it takes too much time , more than half an hour to connect the customer's service advisor!

I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. I had to call three times in a single day, and each time I waited between 30 to 42 minutes. After such a long wait, the call either got disconnected or the issue remained unresolved. Even when the call was finally connected to a representative, there was no proper solution provided,
