Been playing for 3 years. I recommend it, there's a lot of content and it's super cute! But they haven't added anything new for over a year. They had been changing the mini game & posting a code for free gems every month, but we've gotten nothing for May. Maybe there's something wrong at the company this week, in which case I hope everyone is ok, or maybe it's becoming an abandoned game..? I wish they'd at least make all the cat items tradable so those of us hanging in could finish the game.

Love this app, but they have problems with the programming. One of the biggest thing about this game is all the ads you have to watch. No problem, I can do that. But I am constantly at a standstill because they're always "loading" ads. Which makes it impossible to play the game. You have to watch ads to get a free churo box, I can do that. But they don't have any ads for me to watch. And because of this, I can't complete my daily challenge or any other number of things. It's not worth the time.

I love the game. I only have two problems, one of which isn't even with the game. Problem one:you guys never respond to a review with anything other than "hello, this is kitty cat resort. We are glad you enjoy our game and we will try our best to keep providing good contents." Problem two: every time I click on the sign and try to enter my nickname, it says "nickname must be at least two and within twelve characters long," even if I comply 100% to those rules. PLEASE SEND REAL HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
