Good at first, but kept wanting me to subscribe. even though it says no need to, I've tried over 6 times to log in. It works for a short time but then stops unstall and installation. misleading, you have to subscribe wasted of money, especially when i can't afford it. bought from amazon said no subscription is needed, untrue.

The camera and app for imou was great to have when I had the monthly subscription. But is absolutely rubbish without the subscription because you cannot access saved video alert footage on your sd card. All you get is a notification with a tiny snapshot that you can't make out. To improve this you should be able to access saved footage from your sd card on the app without a subscription!

Dont know what you've done in your new upgrade to the App, you've basically rendered all my camera's unusable!!!!!!!! On 3 seperate devices. No need for me to contact you directly, as what i've said is self explanatory.
What’s new
1.Fixed some known issues.
2.Optimised feature experience.
