Tries to be fancy with audio device switching, but it's a constant dumpster fire. The headset is always connected to a random variety of my devices, with audio/mic/phone/music randomly allocated between all of them, with no clear or easy control of which device gets what. And even if you get it stable on one device, once you switch to sheer another, the house of cards crumbles. So much easier before we had apps. And how come the Sony headphones app isn't called "Sony headphones"? Hard to find.

The app is generally fine. Does everything it should. It also has the bloat you've come to expect from these kinds of apps. Why would I care about an achievement for listening with my earbuds? What marketing intern came up with that slam dunk? I wish I could opt out of like half the app. It's been so much easier to use. There's so much going on that it makes it hard to sift through the noise.

This app keeps automatically turning on "Speak to Chat" (all audio is muted when speaking) with no option to turn it back off. This means that every few days I have to go into the app to manually disable the function. This is almost certainly a bug but there are no support services to report it.
