This is for the overall airline. The app is a bit klunky, but workable. The reason I had to knock it a star is because one time I was still 25 mins from flight takeoff and they JUST started boarding. They DENIDED me my seat because I forgot to check in. That is STEALING. I was well within my rights to take my seat as I had no checked bags. Other than that, it has been a pretty good experience overall. The new "go comfy" seats setup is a really good idea!

Terrible app experience. Wouldn't allow me to check in. tried 6 times night before flight. Initially, wouldn't allow me to pay for a picked seat, then wouldn't allow me to remove the seat. Wouldn't allow me to add a card payment. Tried 2 different cards multiple times to no avail. Closed the app & tried again a few times, still didn't work. The seat was stuck in the cart. Waited until day of flight to try again & was allowed the 7th time, but was forced to purchase the seat in order to check in.

well, you can tell me I'm bad by myself.. but I just want you to suggest a better experience. I had a bos-mco flight that I missed. Spirit cancelled the back flight because I missed the first one. So, I lost all my bonuses and the flight reservation without any notification. It would be great to send a message that I have to do something. To my understanding I bought the ticket and you owe me the back flight even I missed the first one. Just send me notification if you expect an action from me.
