do not recommend this app or company, the app crashed while making my booking and as a result I ended up with tickets for 3 months after my visit to Budapest, contacted customer services who have refused to refund the tickets as I can't prove the app crashed. as a result I have ended up having to rebuy the tickets at the destinations, so not only did I not save money, I spent double. won't be using them again.

Headout completely ruined our hot air balloon experience in Turkey. Just 12 hours before our flight, they canceled due to a system error—nothing to do with weather! Their mismanagement meant we had no chance to rebook, and we left without experiencing the ride we traveled from the UK for. No accountability, no solution—just frustration. Their unreliable booking system and poor service ruined our plans. Avoid Headout if you want a stress-free trip. Never using them again!

Extremely bad experience!!! After my bad experience with this app in Paris last year, I decided to give them another chance this year and guess what - same disappointment!! 1.After cancelling my 2 tickets for Bioparc Valencia well in advance with a full refund option - I didn't get anything! 2.For Rome - combined tickets for Roman Pallatine hill and Colosseum didn't work, so you can visit only one of the venues! 3. Skip the line tickets for Saint Peters Cathedral in Vatican didn't work as well!
