The app itself is nice and I love the rewards scheme but there's quite a selection of items that are being sold both in shop and on the website that don't appear on the app, this is frustrating because when I try to open the app through chrome (not incognito mode where I've checked they have the products on) it automatically sends me to the app where an error is displayed. Meaning I just can't purchase the unadded clothes online

++++If I order 3 items using promo code and 2 items are at one local store and 1 is at a separate local store, why can't system distribute the promo to the 3 items and have ability to pick up at both stores? This would be a greener/cheaper way for UO than to ship items.

cancel online orders despite having the exact item in store for click and collect but at a higher price so that's UO lost my custom. They have a poor reputation amongst online shoppers so buyer beware, they're shady AF
