Booksy is a convenient and easy-to-use platform for booking appointments. The app is user-friendly, and the notifications/reminders are very helpful. The booking process was mostly smooth, though there was a bit of room for improvement. My biggest issue was with accuracy—some details didn’t match exactly as expected. Overall, it’s a solid service that I’d use again, but a few tweaks could make it even better!

new user had 3 false appointment confirmations 1st appt: fake salon used a real salon's addy/number. real owner said they don't use Booksy. no one showed. real salon was closed. 2nd appt: stylist wasn't notified. drove for nothing. 3rd appt: stylist told me she's not taking new clients. all appointments were apparently confirmed by the app, not stylists. this is a major issue, causing disconnects and wasted time. love the concept, but the app is unusable with these recurring issues

I've been getting my hair cut by Sam for over 10 years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. He always gives me a sharp trim and is super helpful when I want to talk about new styles. Plus, he's just an all-around great guy. There are tons of barbers out there these days, but the care and time he puts into each cut makes it a total no-brainer.
