It's incredible how this program works so well for the smokers that take the decision to FINALLY stop smoking! I was smoking for 15 years and I've stopped 2 times in my life but always relapsing again and again and not using the right methods. With only 6 days and this amazing psychological program, you can understand that there are absolutely zero benefits in smoking. Life is amazing without these urine sticks. What I appreciated most was the daily structure. It wasn't overwhelming, just a bit each day which really helped me stick with it, unlike other things I've tried. The mindfulness exercises were surprisingly helpful too, especially with the initial anxiety I always got when trying to quit before – they taught me to just observe the feeling instead of panicking. This program felt gentle but incredibly effective. I actually feel hopeful about staying quit this time, and that's a new feeling for me.
