Long ads, time to uninstall. The idea is good, but those long ads you have to wait for every time you open the app to track just one glass of water are seriously annoying and a waste of time. The full-screen notifications are super annoying as well. I also get notifications for those articles about why drinking water is important, which aren't useful notifications. For those two reasons, I have notifications off altogether.

It's sometimes annoying as all get out, but I must say, it's made me drink a lot more water. I hit my goal almost every day now. I started strong, and it's kinda petered out after I learned to ignore the sound. But when it repeats back to back because I haven't logged water intake, it gets the job done, thankfully. Drinking this much water has improved my mood & my sleeping & snacking & the biggest two things for me: energy is higher & my skin looks amazing!!

What immediately set it apart was the effortless setup. Instead of a tedious questionnaire, it smartly asked for my basic information – age, weight, activity level – and instantly calcul
