Beware. This app is not easy to navigate as far as your profile settings. I spent the better part of a day digging for 'cancel subscription' and it did not give me an option to not put in my details. The wording of the subscription is also misleading. I thought it would charge mo and not the yearly total upfront. The customer service email was also not easy to find. The email I recieved said I was pretty much SOL so I will be contacting my bank. U can find their content for free elsewhere.

hello everyone, if you are trying to lose weight, this is the best app for you!!.. I've tried so many different apps on playstore but they didn't work for me but this app was awesome... I'll continue this workout which is easy to do, best in results and main thing that i need to tell you that, they've done some interesting music for us.. If u want to lose weight and need a good app I'm suggesting this for you!!

It is actually free! Not like all the other similar apps which ask you a whole bunch of questions and then dont even let you see their training plan unless you pay a hefty subscription amount! I only had to give my height and weight here and I could choose from different exercise regimes.. there's yoga and wall pilates too! Also the exercises are good.. was not expecting it but I did break a sweat and the routine was quite simple and easy to follow. Thanks! This app is really helpful!
